Fleur de Sel de Guerande is the fruit of the Guérande salt-workers’ know-how and traditional methods. Fleur de Sel de Guerande is made up of tiny crystals that form on the water’s surface in the “œillets”.
Extremely rare and of outstanding quality, it is collected with great care using a “lousse” and then simply left to drain in the sun. In compliance with IGP specifications, it is additive-free.
Its specific flavour and texture will enhance any dish. It is ideal as a final touch to the preparation of a meat dish, a salad, a sweet dessert, foie gras, etc.
This Fleur de Sel de Guerande is presented in a 1kg plastic packet. It can be decanted into a more suited container or used as is.
