This version of Chimichurri is softer than Pampeano release. This herb delights Argentine grilled meat and fish marinades and sauces and makes it succulent.
Mix the chimichurri with olive oil and lemon vinegar. The concoction could be used like a vinegar mixture or a condiment. You can also sprinkle immediately on when grilling.
The Chimichurri consist of the following ingredients: Garlic, black pepper, mushrooms, onion, parsley, coriander, rosemary and salt.
